[Zhongfu Industrial and Henan Communications Investment, Zhongyuan Energy Investment Sign Cooperation Agreement for “Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration” Project] On August 23, 2024, Zhongfu Industrial entered into a cooperation agreement for the "Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration" project with Henan Communications Investment New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Henan Zhongyuan Energy Investment Co., Ltd., planning to utilize the highway resources within a 20km radius of Zhongfu Industrial for the development of new energy sources such as photovoltaic and distributed wind power.
